Do you need to review who gets your assets when you die? We can help you in drawing up a Will to put this into effect. At the same time if you are planning to travel or go into hospital you may need to appoint someone to look after your legal affairs for you. A Financial Power of Attorney is the way to do this. Many people also make a Medical Power of Attorney to govern their medical treatment to allow someone to make decisions about their medical treatment.

In the event of your death the people you appoint to manage your estate can receive assistance in carrying out their task from our Office. We have considerable experience in managing deceased estates. In addition if you are left out of a Will or have not received sufficient provision from a Will, you may need to receive advice from us about making a claim against the relevant estate for provision.
