Who we are?
Our Geelong law firm began in 1935 when Roger O’Halloran established an office in Little Malop Street. He retired as principal in 1986 but remained as a consultant to the firm until 1996.
The present principal is his son Brendan O’Halloran. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Family Law and a Certificate in Mediation. He has practiced law since 1980.
Mr O’Halloran is assisted by office manager and personal assistant Raylene Trotter, junior secretary Jess Straube, bookkeeper/Probate clerk Suzanne Henry, and conveyancier Alida Talbot.
