Who we are?
Our Geelong law firm began in 1935 when Roger O’Halloran established an office in Little Malop Street. He retired as principal in 1986 but remained as a consultant to the firm until 1996.
The present principal is his son Brendan O’Halloran. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Family Law and a Certificate in Mediation. He has practiced law since 1980.
Mr O’Halloran is assisted by office manager and personal assistant Raylene Trotter, associate lawyer Maria Kitjapanon who specialises in property transactions, bookkeeper/Probate clerk Lynn Koris, secretary Cherie Varley, and law student Rachel King.
